In 2008 Jeff Madison, a nuclear, IT and recruitment industry veteran, saw that the need for a new model in job seeking and online recruitment. The internet had become super-saturated with one-dimensional, impersonal Job Boards filled with irrelevant postings and databases with voluminous resumes of dubious quality.
At the same time the Web 2.0 movement had begun with sites dedicated to business and personal networking, blogging and micro-blogging exploded contributing to a great dialogue and a greater level of connectivity than had been possible. From this determination a nuclear powered, people board was born.
